Managing Director, Head of Market-Linked Products Trading & Origination
Deryk Rhodes is responsible for the product trading and origination for both Wealth Management Solutions and our Broker Dealer sales accounts as well as relationship management with our issuing partners. Prior to joining Incapital in 2010, Mr. Rhodes was with Newbridge Securities as Head of Structured Products Trading. His past experience also includes serving as a Director at Citigroup, focusing on structured products sales to third-party dealers and institutional accounts, and as a Vice President within the structured products structuring and trading group at Nomura Securities. Mr. Rhodes has been a frequent speaker at industry conferences and is regularly quoted in investment journals.
Senior Vice President, Manager - Market-Linked Products Origination
A 21-year veteran of financial services and investment banking, Ted Kellerman is responsible for market-linked product origination for Wealth Management Solutions. He began his career in emerging markets as an institutional sovereign debt broker before moving into financial services, supporting the growth and development of electronic trading for sovereign debt, as well as high grade and high yield markets. In 2004, he joined Deutsche Bank as a generalist in global market sales, and in 2007 moved into equity derivatives to help build national retail distribution. In 2010, Mr. Kellerman joined the equity derivatives group at Natixis, where he later served as Head of Investment Solutions prior to joining Incapital. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a BA in political science.
Senior Vice President, Market-Linked Products Trading
With nearly 15 years of professional experience, Paul Rothschild is responsible for the origination and trading of both new issue and secondary structured CDs and notes linked to stocks, indices, commodities, foreign exchange, credit and inflation. Mr. Rothschild was formerly with Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Director within the cross asset solutions & strategies desk, responsible for structuring and marketing interest rate-linked and equity-linked structured investments. Before that, he was a Vice President at CALYON Corporate & Investment Bank in the interest rate derivatives department, where he marketed and structured over-the-counter interest rate derivatives to financial institutions. He joined Incapital in 2013. Mr. Rothschild earned a BA from St. Lawrence University, graduating with honors in economics and a minor in mathematics.
Vice President, Market-Linked Products Origination
Patty Cohen supports the business development, sales and product management needs of the Market-Linked Products Trading & Origination team. She has more than 15 years of experience working in financial markets. Prior to her current role, she was on Incapital’s Market-Linked Products Trading Desk for eight years, responsible for trading and distribution with a variety of issuers. Previously, she worked at Wachovia Securities as a Vice President of Fixed Income Trading and at Prudential Securities. Ms. Cohen earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Skidmore College.
Vice President, Market-Linked Products Hybrid Sales
Tom Goin focuses on providing Market-Linked Product education and solutions for financial advisors within our Broker Dealer partners. Mr. Goin started his career as a financial advisor with Paine Webber. He went on to specialize in wholesale fixed income for more than 12 years, including a position with LaSalle Broker Dealer Services. Mr. Goin joined Incapital when the firm acquired LaSalle, and has worked extensively with structured products, U.S. Agencies, brokered CDs and mortgage-backed securities in Dealer Sales and as a Market-Linked Products Specialist. Mr. Goin is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a bachelor’s degree in business management.
Vice President, Market-Linked Products Hybrid Sales
Zach Morris focuses on providing Market-Linked Product education and solutions for financial advisors within our Broker Dealer partners. Mr. Morris has almost a decade of financial services industry experience, most recently as a Structured Products Trader with JVB Financial. Mr. Morris earned a BS in economics from Florida State University and holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Tim Piatek, CFA
Vice President, Market-Linked Products Trading
Tim Piatek is responsible for making markets and facilitating trades in the secondary market across all asset classes and from a wide variety of issuers. Mr. Piatek spent three years as an Analyst for Incapital’s operations group before his promotion to Vice President on the market-linked products trading desk in 2011. A CFA charterholder, he earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from DePauw University.
Vice President, Market-Linked Products Trading & Hybrid Sales
Nick Whiteley oversees the Hybrid Sales team, responsible for the distribution of market-linked products to advisors within our Broker Dealer partners. He is also responsible for the origination and trading of both new issue and secondary market-linked CDs and notes linked to stocks, indices, commodities, foreign exchange, credit and inflation. Prior to this role, he was a member of the firm’s market-linked Product Specialist team, focusing on education for broker-dealers and financial advisors. He also served as a Trader in Incapital’s former London office, focusing on corporate and structured product trading and distribution to registered investment advisors, private banks and institutional accounts. Mr. Whiteley earned his law degree from King’s College London University.
Assistant Vice President, Market-Linked Products Origination
Jayson Rasel is responsible for market-linked product origination for Wealth Management Solutions. Previously, he served as an Institutional Sales Professional specializing in market-linked products for PrinceRidge. He has been with Incapital since 2013. Mr. Rasel graduated cum laude from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree in finance.

RJ Ryckewaert is responsible for daily operations of new issue structured retail products across all asset classes, working with a wide variety of issuers. He joined the team in 2011, following an Incapital internship. Mr. Ryckewaert earned bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida Atlantic University.
